Another little job completed in 2014 in Reservoir Close, Stroud, Gloucestershire.

Customer had a problem with damp.

I stripped back the roof tiles and discovered the insulation was not adequate and that it was causing a damp spot. The felt had also rotted out. Replaced this with a new breathable felt at the bottom of the roof and replaced the insulation.

I also treated the timber work to help prevent future decay.
